Our Recipe to make the Strudel of Apples is a Family Recipe, it has been handed down to us and there is no secret: as a base a very classic pastry.
The strudel is a rolled or stuffed pasta cake, it can be sweet and salty, but we prepare it in its best known version:
made with apples, cinnamon, walnuts, raisins and pine nuts. Ah... the apples exclusively Trentine!
We love it and prepare it at any time of the year and we are really happy to offer it to our customers.
